How do I book a session, and what is the cancellation policy?Booking a session is simple by contacting us directly. Please remember to cancel or reschedule your appointment via email, text message, or phone at least 48 hours prior to your session. Cancellations made within this 48-hour notice period will not incur any charge. However, cancellations made after this period, including no-shows, will require payment in full.

What should I wear?It's important to wear attire that allows you to move freely and comfortably during Pilates classes. Opt for loose, comfortable bottoms like yoga pants or leggings, paired with a fitted top. A fitted top is preferred as it helps Shahana observe the movement of your core muscles during exercises. This type of clothing not only ensures your comfort but also allows for proper form and alignment to be maintained throughout the session.
