Meet Shahana, the soul of Freedom Body + Mind. Her journey into wellness began with a personal challenge - a back injury that led her to Pilates. Shahana's passion for healing and teaching shines through her comprehensive training, including a Level 3 Classical Pilates Diploma and expertise in Alignment Therapy and Mindfulness. Her approach is not just about physical fitness; it's about nurturing the whole person.
