Stretching isn't just about flexibility; it's a powerful way to release stagnant energy and rejuvenate your body and mind.

Stretching Class Details

A stretching class usually last 50 minutes and contain, on average, 15 students per session.

£60 for 4-week block or £16 for drop in

 

Bring your own mat. 

All classes must be booked and paid in full in advance.
